sad day in a tera worshipping world, called mine.

Posted on Wednesday 30 November 2005

I lost my Tera-bracelet today. It is a sad day.

One enchanting frosty, siting-at-the-WABC-busstop-with-Tera day, a string from Tera’s jacket came loose, a string long enough to make a bracelet with. I encountered this string bracelet and tied it around my wrist. I swore to keep that bracelet forever. And, in the future, keep all things Tera, and make a Tera-shrine out of these Tera things. But on this sad, hateful day some call Wednesday, the Tera bracelet has disappeared. It was here yesterday, but not today.

*sigh*

all i really want for christmas, you know…

Posted on Tuesday 29 November 2005

all i want for christmas is for it to turn from a Hallmark holiday buying gifts for anyone and everyone, to a time of family and cheer and candy and cookies and loving goodness. (as corny as that sounds, im incredibly serious.)

and for anyone who’s even thinking of buying me a gift, dont. instead buy something for yourself, that you really want. I really want that.

thank ya, have a great day!

adopt me a pig…on my car

Posted on Tuesday 29 November 2005

So while I was making lovely Shrimp Seafood Penne Alfredo with cheesy garlic toast…from scratch (which was absolutely fabulously delicious, by the way), i just remembered something that happened this weekend that made me laugh hysterically.

while B.K. and Kany and I were sitting in my car thinking of something to do, avoiding going into the house since they had not left the house for like 2 days…and I was just looking around as we were talking and noticed the windows. They were obviously fogged up since we were sitting in there and breathing and all, and i noticed some residue in the form of words…all over every window. (like someone had written something awhile ago, and it was showing up again.) We sat there for awhile and we were trying to figure out what they said..and all of a sudden i realized. “Adopt Me A Pig.”

baaaahahahha! they wrote it when we were in St. Cloud for the Solution 13 show…ooh gosh, that was like OCTOBER 8TH. baaahahhahahahahha.

okay the story behind adopt me a pig is last year when angie and i were in the apartment, during one of the drunken nights we had these cards that i got from work, and there was one that was white on both sides. well, angie, in her crazy drunken mood, randomly decided to write SMEF huge on one side, and then “Adopt Me A Pig” on the other side. She really wanted me to adopt her a pig.

Fuck I love Angie and Tera.

what christmas should be

Posted on Tuesday 29 November 2005

Ive decided that the only thing that should be associated with Christmas is family get togethers. ..and maybe a nice real pine christmas tree and a few lights. But NO CHRISTMAS MUSIC and NO PRESENTS. Just families getting together. And if that doesnt work, then that pisses me off because Im sure that the only reason some people go to family get togethers is because of the incentives of gifts.

i hate christmas.

amazing thoughtlessness

Posted on Tuesday 29 November 2005

Its amazing to me to think that there are so many people whose thoughts never go further than how their favorite sports team is doing, or what they are going to have for lunch, or what clothes they are going to wear/buy tomorrow, or how much they are going to drink this weekend…..

sigh.

cuddle loving reciprocation

Posted on Monday 28 November 2005

So, we all know that Jessica loves cuddling.

But there is a new extent to how wonderful cuddling can be.

Once youve cuddled with someone that loves to cuddle as much as you do, it is amazing.

extent of impressing others

Posted on Saturday 26 November 2005

its amazing to me the extent to which people go to impress other people. especially when they make false claims or promises to do it and dont expect other people to see right through that. it makes me wonder…have other people allowed them to make false claims or promises and get away with it? or, do they just not understand that you dont need to impress anyone but yourself? Once you are impressed with yourself, you will automatically impress others. So you wont even need to go out of your way to impress them, they will be impressed by just you. once you like yourself you will find it so much easier for others to like you too.
its flattering to me to think that someone is trying to impress me, but i just wish that they knew that they didnt have to. that if they just be themselves, and know that what they are being is themselves, then that is impressive enough.
